TERMS, CONDITIONS AND PRIVACY

1. Entry of the competition is open to residents of all countries. Employees, collaborators and providers of Riiko Sakkinen and their immediate families, and their agencies and companies are ineligible to enter the competition. Only one entry per person is permitted.

2. The competition will commence at 15.29 pm (CET) Saturday 28th June 2008 and close at midnight 11.59 pm (CET) Wednesday 31st December 2008.

3. To be eligible to win the prize, entrants must visit Riiko Sakkinen website, www.riikosakkinen.com, and follow the prompts to the competition. Entrants must enter their contact details and answer several simple market research questions. All competition entry details incorrectly entered shall be deemed invalid.

4. The prize draw to determine the prize winner will be a manual draw conducted at 10.00am (CET) Monday 5th January 2009 at Riiko Sakkinen studio, Cervera de los Montes, Toledo, Spain.

5. There is one prize of one Riiko Sakkinen custom-made A4 size drawing. The information submitted by the winner will be used to conceptualize and execute the drawing. The drawing is unframed and it will send by “correo certificado y urgente” Spanish postal service to the address submitted by the winner.

6. The prize winner will be notified by email at 9am (CET) Tuesday 6th January 2009. The prize winner's name will be published at Riiko Sakkinen website. The price will be executed when it has been claimed by the winner. The price will be delivered to the winner before 28th February 2009. Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. The prize cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. The prize winner is advised that local tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to the acceptance of the prize. If the prize winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's nominated parent or guardian. Riiko Sakkinen reserves the right to request the prize winner to provide proof of identity, proof of age and proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of Riiko Sakkinen.

8. In the event that any winner is unable to be contacted, and all methods of communication are unsuccessful, Riiko Sakkinen shall conduct a further manual draw at 10.00am (CET) on Monday 19th January 2009.

9. In the event that the major prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond Riiko Sakkinen’s  control, Riiko Sakkinen reserves the right to provide a similar product of the same or greater value as the original prize, subject to any applicable laws or written directions made under applicable legislation.

10. Riiko Sakkinen shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking a prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Riiko Sakkinen will take no responsibility for prizes lost in transit.

11. Riiko Sakkinen reserves the right to at any time add to, delete from, or otherwise amend, the conditions of entry relating to the competition. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster Riiko Sakkinen reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.

12. Riiko Sakkinen reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who Riiko Sakkinen has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Riiko Sakkinen’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.

13. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Riiko Sakkinen which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, Riiko Sakkinen reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process

14. Riiko Sakkinen collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the competition and a market research. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the competition. By entering the competition, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that Riiko Sakkinen may use this information, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant, including sending the entrant electronic messages.
