i Helados Chinos (Spanish) = Chinese ice-cream It has been claimed that Kublai Khan enjoyed ice cream and kept it a royal secret until Marco Polo visited China and took the technique of making ice cream to Italy.

The figure is Mao Zedong (1893-1976) - the first chairman of the Communist party of China, the first chairman of the People's Republic of China, guerrilla warfare strategist, author, political theorist, and leader of the Chinese Revolution.

Kung-fu is a Chinese term often used in the West to refer to Chinese martial arts. Its original meaning is somewhat different, referring to one's expertise in any skill achieved through hard work and practice.
